Description

Thyme: highly concentrated, one drop must be diluted in a base oil and its use provides an herbal, slightly spicy touch in dishes, it can be used in soups, stews, marinades, sauces, marinades, meat dressings and salads. Do not use directly on dishes.

Edible essential oils can be used in soups and starters; in marinades, dressings and sauces; with red and white meats; with fish, rice and vegetables; in breads, cookies, cakes and desserts.
Essential oils are used in drops, usually one drop per hundred grams of product. They are powerful and concentrated and, if you exceed the doses, their intense aroma can make a dish unpleasant.
PRECAUTIONS FOR COOKING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

• To preserve its healing properties, it is recommended that it be added at the end of the cooking process.

Basil: Basil essential oil has an intense aroma and flavor of fresh basil, which can add a vibrant touch to dishes such as pastas, salads, soups and sauces. It is recommended diluted in olive oil. to flavor salad dressings, marinades, pasta sauces, soups, meat and fish dishes, among others. It can also be used to make flavored oils for dipping bread or drizzling over roasted vegetables.
