Description

Sweet orange: Works in many dishes in combination with lemon. It integrates well as a culinary ingredient, especially in desserts.

Edible essential oils can be used in soups and starters; in marinades, dressings and sauces; with red and white meats; with fish, rice and vegetables; in breads, cookies, cakes and desserts.
Essential oils are used in drops, usually one drop per hundred grams of product. They are powerful and concentrated and, if you exceed the doses, their intense aroma can make a dish unpleasant.
