Description

In these equipment's it is heated up to 65ºC, it is kept at that temperature between 5 and 30 minutes. Subsequently, it is allowed to cool slowly, sometimes for more than 24 hours to 6°C, then it is packaged and sealed. It better preserves the nutritive value of milk, eliminates molds, yeasts and most vegetative forms of bacteria and provides milk with a maximum shelf life of one week. Includes gas burner and analog thermometer, stirrer and gear motor, Clamp valve and 110v electrical current
