Description
Mailer boxes are the perfect way to ship e-commerce sales and are used in a wide variety of industries. Their sturdiness protects your products, while the box itself is a great way to surprise and connect with your customers.
What do we offer?
- Maximum print size: 39” x 55” (if your box doesn’t fit in one sheet, we can print it in two different sheets and then seamlessly put it together).
- Printing options: No printing / CMYK / PMS. Outside only printing / inside inside only printing, outside / inside printing.
- Printing material options: 230 to 400 GSM white cardboard / 125 to 275 GSM kraft cardboard spliced on cardboard.
- Cardboard: E-flute (1/16”), B-flute (1/8”), C-Flute (3/16”). Cardboard resistance from 21 to 44 ECT (single wall) and 36 to 81 ECT (double wall).
- Finishing: Hot stamping, matte lamination, glossy lamination, UV coating, spot UV coating.
